1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyVAULTure application and related services (the “Services”), which are owned and operated by Store Secure Partners LLC (“Store Secure,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “MyVAULTure” is a software product and brand name of Store Secure Partners LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • If acting on behalf of another person or entity, you are authorized to bind them.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Nature of the Services

MyVAULTure is a software platform that allows users to:

  • Store digital documents
  • Store written messages
  • Store video messages
  • Store digital asset information (including crypto wallet data)
  • Create automated self-help estate planning documents
  • Configure conditional release mechanisms including:
    • Time-based delivery
    • Dead Man's Switch triggers
    • Multi-Signature Release voting

Store Secure Partners LLC provides software tools only.

Store Secure Partners LLC:

  • Is NOT a law firm
  • Is NOT a fiduciary
  • Is NOT a trustee
  • Is NOT an executor
  • Is NOT a custodian of cryptocurrency
  • Does NOT administer estates
  • Does NOT verify death
  • Does NOT distribute funds

No attorney-client, fiduciary, or trust relationship is created through use of the Services.

3. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Any estate planning templates, automated wills, or related materials are self-help tools only.

Store Secure Partners LLC does not guarantee:

  • Legal enforceability
  • Probate acceptance
  • Jurisdictional validity
  • Tax treatment

Laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding your estate planning decisions.

4. Cryptocurrency & Digital Asset Disclaimer

MyVAULTure may allow you to store information relating to cryptocurrency wallets or digital assets.

Store Secure Partners LLC:

  • Does NOT hold cryptocurrency
  • Does NOT access blockchain networks
  • Does NOT custody digital assets
  • Cannot recover lost seed phrases
  • Cannot correct incorrect wallet information

You acknowledge:

  • Cryptocurrency is volatile and inherently risky.
  • Loss of a private key or seed phrase may result in permanent loss.
  • Store Secure Partners LLC cannot restore, regenerate, or validate wallet credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy of all stored wallet data.

Store Secure Partners LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost digital assets
  • Incorrect seed phrase entry
  • Blockchain changes
  • Wallet provider failures
  • Heir access issues
  • Any crypto-related financial loss

5. Dead Man's Switch & Automated Release

MyVAULTure may include automated release mechanisms based on:

  • Account inactivity
  • Time-based triggers
  • Voting thresholds

You acknowledge:

  • Automated systems may fail.
  • Inactivity detection may not accurately determine life status.
  • Emails may not be delivered.
  • Release timing may be premature or delayed.
  • Data entry errors may affect trigger accuracy.

Store Secure Partners LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, timing, or reliability of any automated trigger or release.

Use of such mechanisms is entirely at your own risk.

6. Multi-Signature Voting & Participant Risk

If you configure Multi-Signature Release:

  • Store Secure Partners LLC does not verify identity beyond authentication systems.
  • Participants may act in bad faith.
  • Participants may collude.
  • Store Secure Partners LLC does not investigate disputes between participants.
  • Once threshold conditions are satisfied, release actions are final.

Store Secure Partners LLC is not responsible for participant misconduct or misuse.

7. Security & Data Protection

Store Secure Partners LLC employs commercially reasonable technical safeguards, including encryption and access controls. However:

  • No system is immune from breach.
  • Infrastructure providers may experience outages.
  • Government authorities may require disclosure pursuant to lawful process.
  • Data loss is possible.

Store Secure Partners LLC does not guarantee:

  • Absolute security
  • Continuous uptime
  • Permanent data retention
  • Disaster-proof storage

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All uploaded content is accurate.
  • You have the right to store the information provided.
  • You will maintain current contact information.
  • You will safeguard your login credentials.

Store Secure Partners LLC is not responsible for account compromise resulting from:

  • Weak passwords
  • Phishing attacks
  • Credential sharing
  • User negligence

9. License & Restrictions

Store Secure Partners LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Resell access
  • Use Services for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

10. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of all uploaded content.

You grant Store Secure Partners LLC a limited license to:

  • Store
  • Encrypt
  • Process
  • Transmit

your content solely to provide Services.

Store Secure Partners LLC does not claim ownership of your documents or vault contents.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Store Secure Partners LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of digital assets
  • Missed inheritance
  • Family disputes
  • Probate rejection
  • Premature or delayed release
  • Data breach
  • Emotional distress
  • Business interruption
  • Consequential or punitive damages

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • $100 USD;
  • The total subscription fees paid by you to Store Secure Partners LLC in the preceding 12 months.

Some jurisdictions may not permit certain limitations. Where prohibited, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Store Secure Partners LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of:

  • Your content
  • Disputes among heirs or participants
  • Inaccurate information
  • Improper use of the Services
  • Crypto-related losses caused by user error

13. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You agree:

  • No jury trials
  • No class actions
  • A single arbitrator
  • Venue: North Carolina
  • Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act

Either party may pursue claims in small claims court where eligible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.

15. Termination

Store Secure Partners LLC may suspend or terminate access at its discretion.

Upon termination:

  • Access to vault contents may cease.
  • Encrypted backups may be retained for limited operational purposes.
  • No guarantee of permanent storage is made.

16. Modifications

Store Secure Partners LLC may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of MyVAULTure constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

17. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
